As the second generation owner, Hans Konrad Rahn has run the family company RAHN AG for 25 years. During these years of business activity, he has brought the group forward into its current world-class status. It has always been important to him to create an interesting work environment and to grant the employees considerable freedom to achive the company´s goals. To look ahead; to tackle the future and to adapt the company to the fast changing times were his objectives. On top of this, he is highly involved in social and cultural issues. This is reflected in the Hans Konrad Rahn Foundation respectively.

In 1992 Hans Konrad Rahn retired from operative responsibilities of the company and he now focuses on chairing the Board of Directors.

At the beginning 2006, Mrs Ana Patricia Rahn Erden has acquired a majoritiy shareholding of the RAHN-Group.
