Controlling

The Controlling is in charge of supporting the management, the business divisions and the board efficiently in respect to their strategic, operational and financial goals.

Various Controlling tools (i.e. Key Performance Indexes, Profit Center reports, cost analysis) are elaborated on a regularly basis and made available to the management and the business divisions. The Controller establishes in close cooperation with the business divisions the 3 years’ rolling plan and the budget.

The CO module of SAP R/3 is the essential working tool. It is continuously adapted to the rising demand. A regular participation to seminars and conferences ensures the availability of up to date Controlling tools, which are constantly adapted to the internal requirements.

Each division is supported and accompanied by the Controller. The specific requirements of the respective business divisions are taken into consideration. This close and lasting cooperation represents an important basis to ensure the achievement of the goals of the RAHN Group.
