The sugar emulsifiers from Sistern have different Monoester fractions (different HLB content). The emulsifiers can be used for O/W- as well for W/O-emulsions.Thanks to a selective use as main- or co-emulsifiers different formulations from liquid lotions to rich night creams can be developed.
