REACH

REACH has been approved by the EU parliament in December 2006 and is into force since June 2007.

Although many technical details of the implementation of this regulation are still not known, it is clear that REACH will have a massive impact on the EU chemical industry and the downstream users.

In a first action we have pre-registered all concerned substances during the designated registration period.

At this stage and according to our current knowledge, we can state that REACH will not have any influence on our product range until 2011.
