Discover the secret of improved hairchitecture

AQUARICH® contains free amino acids, proteins, polysaccharides from one of the most ancient oats in Europe – the black oat (Avena strigosa) – and a soy-derived phosphatidylcholine, lecithin. This intelligent blend of natural water-retaining substances, proteins and amino acids improves the structural architecture of dehydrated and stressed hair.

If hair is subject to chemical, mechanical or heat stress, damage to hair shafts can result. Cuticles may scale off, split ends develop, and even total abrasion may occur. Cortex cells lose their cementing properties and the tensile strength of hair fibres diminishes. Damaged hair layers are not capable of maintaining their normal function and moisture maintenance is inadequate. The consequences are dullness, dryness, brittleness, increased roughness and loss of natural shine of hair. AQUARICH® reduces the extent of damage to hair, improves the surface structure and maintains hair shaft hydration giving hair an overall healthier appearance.

In a clinical study, AQUARICH® enhanced the quality of hair, leading to more shine and improving the bounce back effect. Foam and hair felt softer and less sticky during washing. After drying, the overall quality of hair was also improved.

Ex-vivo studies revealed remarkable improvements to the surface of hair. Cuticles were restructured and resealed. Tensile strength significantly improved and formation of split ends was decreased. Gloss was significantly enhanced after first washing. AQUARICH® is effective in hair care for humans and animals.
