This short-chain poly-γ-glutamic acid (γ-PGA) goes beyond conventional skin hydration. It penetrates the skin barrier to deliver long-lasting hydration, strengthen the skin’s structure and keep the skin in good condition.

Clinical studies have shown that AQUARICH^®-OLIGO effectively hydrates the skin and strengthens the skin barrier. It reduces cellular senescence in the epidermal layers and enhances dermal resilience. For many skin parameters, it outperforms hyaluronic acid.

Complementary in-vitro studies confirm its barrier-strengthening properties by increasing components of the Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF) and the cornified envelope.
