Your main accountabilities

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales Europe to lead our sales initiatives across the European and overseas markets in the EnergyCuring UV/EB industry. This role is pivotal in driving our sales strategy to achieve significant turnover goals, leading a dedicated sales team, and fostering a culture of success, innovation, and client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities can be summarized as follows:

•    Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and development
•    Responsible for sales budget and sales forecast
•    Strategically develop and implement sales and pricing strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets in Europe and overseas markets accordingly
•    Build and keep strong connections with important customers, partners, and stakeholders ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
•    Collaborate with product development, procurement, regulatory and marketing to align offerings with market and client needs
•    Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly
•    Engage in customer visits, attend trade fairs and develop industry networks
•    Represent Sales within the Business Unit Management Team and reports into the Commercial Director EnergyCuring

Your profile

For this versatile and demanding job, we are looking forward to receive applications of candidates with the following qualifications, skills and expertise:

•    Proven sales leadership and direct sales experience in Europe, ideally in the UV/Energy Curing or related sectors such as but not limited to ink or coating industries
•    Relevant educational background, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field, or significant equivalent experience
•    Entrepreneurial, self-confident, and competent
•    Strong strategic, analytical, and team management skills
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in English and preferably German
•    Business-savvy, flexible attitude and great with IT tools (Salesforce) and open to fast developing AI solutions
•    Willingness to travel across Europe, ideally based in Switzerland (Zürich area) or willingness to relocate
